Sunwah – On the morning of 8 April 2021, the “Gamification – A Puzzle Piece of Content Marketing” workshop, a part of EMpower Program, was organized at Sunwah Innovation Center Ho Chi Minh City. The workshop attracted the attendance of around 100 young people, startups and corporation representatives, joining physically and virtually. Ms Quynh Vo, Director of Zone Startups Vietnam, delivered the Welcome remarks.

The workshop also featured two keynote speakers from WOAY which is the first platform in Vietnam to design minigames for Gamification Marketing. Keynote speakers included Mr Ho Tien Loc, Founder of WOAY; and Ms Vo Thai Thao, Chief Marketing Officer of WOAY. The speakers explained the concept of Gamification as the implementation of game-like elements into something where it otherwise wouldn’t be expected or common. Content marketing campaigns can benefit from gamification when done well, resulting in increased engagement with target audience, higher brand awareness, improved sales performance and many more benefits. Additionally, there were interesting minigames, case studies and marketing tools shown in the workshop to help the audience better understand Gamification and know how to create engaging and creative content for marketing campaigns.

Launched 25 March 2021, EMpower Program is a free four-week accelerator designed to support early-stage tech-based female entrepreneurs. The program also provides female entrepreneurs the access to the community of inspirational female leaders, seed funds, other resources and services to help the startups scale up fast. The Program is organized by Zone Startups Vietnam, in partnership with Swiss EP and Sunwah Innovations, a member of Sunwah Group.
