The event brought together more than 270 global investors, tourism startups, and industry leaders to foster international partnerships and accelerate the global expansion of Korean tourism innovations.
During the event, our team: Served as startup pitching judges, evaluating innovative tourism technologies and business models; Conducted one-on-one business matching sessions with promising Korean tourism startups seeking expansion into Vietnam; and Explored collaboration opportunities with travel-tech, hospitality, AI, sustainability, and MICE startups to identify pilot projects and market entry opportunities in Vietnam.

As part of our broader innovation mission, we also met with the Seoul Business Agency (SBA) and the Korea Radio Promotion Association (RAPA) to discuss future collaboration in supporting startup exchange, commercialization, and cross-border innovation programs connecting Korea with Vietnam, the Greater Bay Area, and Southeast Asia.

This visit also marked an important milestone following the recent launch of the Sunwah × Brinc joint venture in Vietnam. Together with Brinc Korea, we are beginning to leverage the complementary strengths, international networks, and industry resources of both organizations to accelerate cross-border innovation, helping Korean startups validate their technologies, pilot solutions, and expand into Vietnam and the wider Southeast Asian market, while creating more opportunities for Vietnamese startups to connect with global ecosystems.
In addition, Ms. Thuy Ho participated in the CRE-UP 2026 Technology Strategy Showcase organized by RAPA, where she engaged with a number of promising media and digital technology startups. Over the next three months, Sunwah and Brinc will work with selected startups to explore proof-of-concept (PoC) opportunities, pilot their technologies, and evaluate their potential for commercialization and market entry into Vietnam.

At Sunwah Group, we believe innovation grows through meaningful international partnerships. We remain committed to serving as a bridge connecting startups, corporations, investors, universities, and governments, creating new opportunities for technology commercialization, sustainable growth, and regional innovation across Asia.
